1. Purpose
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Velorabyte has designated a Grievance Officer to address concerns and complaints relating to personal data processing, Website content, or use of our Services.

3. How to File a Grievance
Send a written complaint to the Grievance Officer via email, including:
- Your full name and contact details.
- A clear description of your concern or complaint.
- Any relevant supporting information (e.g., correspondence, screenshots).
4. Resolution Timeline
We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 to 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days from the date of receipt, in line with the timelines contemplated under the DPDP Act, 2023.
5. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate your grievance to the Data Protection Board of India (once operationalized) or pursue other remedies available to you under applicable Indian law.
